Emmanuel aka Doctor Vision is the son of Mathias, who is a chief scientist and Rachael of Tarble. Doctor Vision was brought to earth at three years old by his parents. 

Staying in the care of a family on earth who knew of his father, Doctor Vision grew up as a normal child interested in technology.

He later obtained powers that allowed him to observe the memories of a person’s worst lived experience. He is able to solve cases much quickly using this ability.
